2. Ask the representative to speak to someone about Rehabilitating your Student Loan.
3. The Rehabilitation criteria is generally as follows;
1. All outstanding interest paid on loans in full
2. Two consecutive monthly payments (Minimum payment based on monthly interest)
4. Once the Criteria for Rehabilitating your Student Loan has been met you must fax a letter to
Student Loans Rehabilitation Services.

5. Student Loans will review your file and remove your entire Student Loan from Collections at Revenue Canada and place it into regular collection and Student Loan debt and management services.
